The U.S. government has announced that the Microsoft browser "Internet Explorer (IE) 6~11" has some vulnerability.
Our website does not have the site contents that have a problem.  For browsing our website, non-IE browsers are available. And please use the anti-virus software which has been updated.

We would like to inform that on 4 November 2025 (the “Merger Date”) Mizuho Trust & Banking (Luxembourg) S.A. (“MHTBL”) merged into State Street Bank International GmbH (“SSBI”), by way of a cross-border merger by absorption. 

As from the Merger Date:
  • MHTBL ceased to exist; 
  • The business operations of MHTBL are carried on unchanged by SSBI through its Luxembourg branch whose registered office is at 49, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, and registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies’ Register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés de Luxembourg) under number B148186;
  • All matters relating to the business operations continue to be handled through your usual contacts at our office, 1B Rue Gabriel Lippmann, L - 5365 Munsbach, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
  • Your company’s partner is SSBI, Luxembourg branch.
  • The contents described on this website are applied only to clients of the former MHTBL.
